We ship worldwide. The shipping charges for all shipping within India is free for orders above INR 5000/-. A flat charge of INR 150/- is applicable as shipping for order value below INR 5000/- irrespective of the number of products bought.

However, the shipping charges for international shipping will be flat INR 3000/- irrespective of the number of products bought or the country of delivery. Any custom charge is borne by the customer.

The product will be shipped in 0-2 weeks. For a change in address or any other details, kindly reach out to us within a day of placing order. For urgent deliveries/queries, please contact us at contactkavana@gmail.com.

Please note that we try our best in ensuring that the product reaches you within time. To fasten our process, we have tied up with several third-party vendors for quicker deliveries. However, in case of a delay from a third party, we do not take any responsibility. 

If the package received by you is damaged at the time of the delivery, kindly refrain from accepting the package and take images of the same. We will refund the amount or send you a different package.

In case of return/exchange, the shipping cost for the return of the product to our warehouse shall be borne by you.

CANCELLATION

In case you wish to cancel the order you placed, please do so before the product is shipped. An order will not be applicable for cancellation once it has been shipped from our warehouse.

REFUND & EXCHANGE

You can request to refund/exchange the product you have received within 48 hours from delivery. Any request for same will not be entertained later. Refunds will only be done for product and not for shipping charges. The request for refund /exchange will be approved only after we have verified the claim made by you and performed the final inspections upon receiving the product back.

Products will only be returned/exchanged in the following cases:

  1. The product you have received is not the product you ordered.
  2. There is a genuine mistake in the product that might have occurred while production or other operations.
  3. Exchange is subject to the availability of the selected product.
  4. The product has no sign of being worn or used.
  5. The request for refund/exchange was raised in 48 hours from the time of delivery.

Please note, that our products are made with handloom and we only use natural dyes. Since these are handcrafted so there tend to have small irregularities in each piece. The product will not be returned/exchanged if they fall in the category of irregularities.

Also, you need to send us the images of the defects as soon as you open the packaging. The approval for return/exchange will be given only after final inspection of the product once we have received it back. Kavana reserves the right to accept/reject an exchange after inspecting the products returned to us.
