Shipping and Policies
Shipping Methods: We deliver domestic orders within India through Delhivery and international orders via DHL Express, FedEx, or Aramex. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for orders up to INR 20,000 but not for higher amounts. As a made-to-order brand, we start production only after an order is confirmed, with shipping typically taking 2-3 weeks. Tracking details will be emailed once your order is shipped. Please note, Sundays and Public Holidays are not considered business days.
Shipping Charges: Shipping within India is free for orders above INR 5,000, while a flat fee of INR 150 applies to orders below this amount. For international orders, shipping is free for orders above INR 25,000; otherwise, a flat fee of INR 3,200 is charged. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs charges.
Tracking and Address Changes: Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. For address changes, contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. For urgent queries or deliveries, reach us at contact@kavana.in.
Delivery Issues: We work with third-party vendors for faster delivery but are not responsible for delays caused by them. If a package arrives damaged, do not accept it; take photos and contact us for a refund or replacement. For returns or exchanges, the shipping cost to our warehouse must be borne by the customer.
Order Cancellations: Order cancellations are only allowed within 24 hours of placement, as production begins immediately after. To cancel an order, email us at contact@kavana.in.
