Customised, personalised, or specially commissioned products cannot be cancelled once the order is placed.

We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.

Kavana shall not be responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or government agencies.
14. Delivery & Risk Transfer
Ownership and risk of loss pass to the customer once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
Kavana shall not be liable for delays, loss, theft, or damage occurring after shipment due to actions or omissions of third-party logistics providers.
Customers are advised to inspect packages immediately upon delivery.
