Returns and Refund Policy
At Kavana, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you wish to request a refund or exchange, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing contact@kavana.in. The returned product must reach us within 15 days of return confirmation. Refunds and exchanges will be processed only after we inspect the product and verify your claim.
Refund & Exchange Conditions:
- Refunds apply only to the product cost; shipping charges are non-refundable.
- No refunds for sale-priced or customized products.
- Products will only be returned or exchanged if:
- You received an incorrect product.
- There is a genuine defect caused during production or handling.
- The product has not been worn or used and shows no signs of damage.
- The desired exchange product is available in stock.
- Saris with fall and pico cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Products with minor irregularities due to handloom techniques or the use of natural/azo-free dyes are not eligible for returns or exchanges, as these are inherent to handcrafted goods.
For refunds/exchanges, send images of the product and defects immediately upon opening the packaging. Approval will be granted only after a thorough inspection upon receiving the returned product. Kavana reserves the right to accept or reject any return or exchange request. Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours from the time of placing of order. Order once in production, can not be cancelled!
