Refund and Exchange Policy
Request Process: At Kavana, customer satisfaction is our priority. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery if you wish to request a refund or exchange by emailing contact@kavana.in. The returned product must reach us within 15 days of return confirmation. Refunds and exchanges will be processed only after inspection and claim verification.
Conditions for Refund and Exchange: Refunds apply only to the product cost, excluding shipping charges. Sale-priced or customized products are not eligible for refunds. Products can be returned or exchanged if they are incorrect, defective, unused, unworn, and undamaged. Saris with fall and pico cannot be returned or exchanged. Minor irregularities due to handloom techniques or natural dyes are not considered defects.
Production Delays: Handcrafted and hand-embroidered products may require additional time due to unforeseen circumstances. Orders cannot be canceled or refunded in such cases.
Approval and Restrictions: Send images of the product and any defects immediately upon receiving the package. Refunds or exchanges will only be approved after a thorough inspection. International orders are not eligible for refunds. Kavana reserves the right to accept or reject any return or exchange request.
Order Cancellation: Orders can be canceled only within 24 hours of placement. Once production begins, cancellations are not possible.
